Retrospect

Q1. How do you like the weekly writing prompts? Are they interesting or boring? Inspirational or weird? Are they related to your life? Can you suggest anything better and give some examples?

I like these regular assignements. Since now I am the English major, I should even practice it more in every situation. Although sometimes the weekly topic not suits my interest, it can reinforce my knowledge in that field. And I would like to apply new idea inspire from writing to my daily life. I do hope my mental and spiritual side can refine.

Q2. Do you like the two-way online discussion with your keypal? Or do you think we should have more people (like 3~4 students) form a group blog to exchange ideas? Why or why not?

In my opinion, it is quite fresh and interesting for me to have the online discussion with English majored keypal. I can acquire some different perspectives from his comments. In the process of doing so, I do realize the importance of listening to diverse thoughts and accepting it. And I consider the work would be better if more people are engaged in it. Because more different aspects of weaknesses can be brought about and thereby we manage to improve it.

Q3. Have you encountered any difficulties during the semester when using blogs to discuss with your keypal, e.g., computer problems or anything?

At first, I do not really know what content I should draft to express my ideas on the topic. Therefore, my assignment are often submitted uncertainly.

Q4. How do you like the project website? Are they friendly enough? Have we left out any important content? How do you like the layout/design?

Of course. Each time I looked through the web pages, I always feel interested in the illustrations attached to the topic. I do think the pictures really stimulate me to come up with new thoughts.

Q5. What have you gained from this blog activity?

To begin with, I am gradually no longer afraid of writing English paragraph. By means of such the intensive trainings, I recapture and reignite my initial sence of composition. I do hope this good situation can be continued afterwards.

Q6. If you had an opportunity to start over, would you have done anything differently? If so, how?

I think I will find some related information. Also, I will compare the events' differences between in the former time and in the present time. I may manage to let my paragraph's content more profound and meaningful.
